Master Certified Structured Settlement Consultant
Jodie Lamb, MBA, MSSC, CSSC, MCCS, WCSS
My name is Jodie Lamb.
I am also a survivor of a significant injury myself.
One’s life can change forever in the blink of an eye. In 1996, these words became Jodie Lamb’s reality. As the young finance major was driving to college, she became the victim of a blinding collision as another driver ran a redlight and t-boned her car. Consequently, she suffered long-term, debilitating back injuries and financial frustration. She didn’t realize the importance of hiring an attorney, nor what her options were. In the end, she naively settled for a measly $1,000 settlement and, after aggressive pursuit, the insurer finally agreed to pay for her medical expenses.
This is the event that would launch a career of almost two decades, committed to educating and aiding other personal injury victims through similar circumstances. Her first step in doing so was shifting from the financial side of her workplace to insurance claims, where she discovered the protective benefits of structured settlements. From that point on, she dedicated herself to educating clients on structured settlements, enabling them to secure their financial futures.
Over the last two decades, Jodie has handled more than 3,000 structured settlement cases, gaining the trust and confidence of top attorneys. She proactively educates attorneys and clients on their options in order to safeguard their finances and their future when it counts the most. Her multifaceted background in financial planning, insurance claims, and structured settlements gives her a unique and comprehensive perspective. She specializes in customized and protective solutions that must be decided prior to settlement, with an eye toward tax free and tax deferred options that make your settlement work smarter and last longer. She is most known for her tireless and tedious work on behalf of other victims by fulfilling her mantra, Safeguard Your Settlement.

Julie Ross, CSSC
Hi, I’m Julie Ross.
With nearly twenty years of paralegal experience, I’m a proud and valued member of the Arcadia team and to all parties in settlements involving structured settlements. I specialize in settlements involving complex government benefit cases and working with attorneys and families who are learning about structured settlements for the first time.
Working with parties involving commercial, personal lines, and workers compensation claims, I am an advocate of providing structured settlement solutions for all. I lead my cases with compassion, understanding, and a commitment dedicated to helping parties find financial security and future peace of mind.
My husband is a veteran and owns his own successful Chiropractic business. Together, we are raising our four children in Arizona with our family guard dog, Harley.
Kristina Johns, CSSC
Case Manager, Paralegal
“In my position, every day, I learn something new. I’m inspired by my team’s strong work ethic, which motivates me to do my best for our clients. I believe structured settlements provide safeguards for people receiving settlement funds to ensure their money is there when needed. I spent over two decades working on the Plaintiff’s side of personal injury cases and saw firsthand how settlement proceeds can be spent too quickly.”
- Kristina Johns.
Kristina Johns, Team Lamb’s newest case manager, was raised in Jacksonville, FL, and graduated from the University of North Florida. She holds the Case Manager/Paralegal position at Arcadia under Consultant Jodie Lamb and takes great pride in being part of such a high-achieving team.
With 27 years of experience in the legal field, she has honed her skills in law, business operations, and effective client, insurance, and legal professional collaboration. Transitioning to Arcadia, she has found fulfillment in applying her knowledge to a new field. Kristina has been inspired at Arcadia by the financial growth families realize from structured settlements and the assurance they provide. Outside work, Kristina, a mother of two, enjoys the Florida beaches, walking, working out, reading, hiking in the North Carolina mountains, and interior design. On the weekends, she spends time with friends and loves taking weekend trips to visit her daughters, who both attend Universities in the state.
After a successful career in financial services information technology, I made the choice to focus on supporting my two young children, husband and home. Upon returning to the workforce full-time, I leveraged one of my many strengths, building relationships, to transition into commercial property management. This path eventually led me to legal client management and, most recently, case management for structured settlements. My commitment to quality and service is unwavering, and I find fulfillment in knowing that my work secures the financial well-being of the most vulnerable. With one child heading off to college this year and the other not far behind, I eagerly anticipate the journey of furthering my knowledge of structured settlements alongside an exceptional team. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to assist even more clients in the future.
